Average quality-poor service

I ordered this on Nov 3, but didnt receive until Dec 24. I ordered a size M, but received a large. It was meant as a Dec 23 birthday gift. It sat in the Signals warehouse for weeks and I had to call them several times to have it expedited. I will be returning this item.
