Image tips for best results:

• The higher the resolution, the better the image quality. A file of at least 2000 pixels in length or width is best, with clear detail. If possible, images of 1 MB or larger are ideal. Choose the largest or HDR option from your phone’s upload/send options.

• When taking a picture, set your camera to the highest possible resolution setting and save in a lossless format (.tif or .bmp). If you use .jpeg or .jpg, use the lowest possible compression. The following image types are also acceptable: JPEG, JPG, TIFF, PNG, BMP, AI or EPS.

• The image must not require (re)typing, (re)formatting, rotating or redesigning. Whatever appears in that image will be included in the final product.
