To counteract the postural consequences of my severe rotatory scoliosis my top three cervical vertebrae have autonomously fused into one, trapping nerves and causing intense muscle spasms in my neck and nauseating headaches. Applying warmth provides some relief, but the store-bought clay or buckwheat warmers I have are short , cover only one spot and fall off while Im trying to go about my day. The rainbow neck warmer holds its heat for a significant amount of time, covers my entire neck stays in place so I can move about. It was a smart purchase... and its cute, too!
