Great experience -- and bracelet!

These bracelets are very nice, perfect for a slender wrist. Found perfect sayings. One was on backorder, but still a good date before Xmas. It came on the 21st - I was quite excited. Unfortunately when I looked at it, it was a mi pick and not what I ordered. I called, spoke to John in very short order. He was very nice, reordered the correct one, said it would be here by the 23rd..... my response was WOW, thats great! I asked what to do with the incorrect bracelet - he said to keep it - again I said WOW, I will gift it to someone who loves to dance! It was the best customer service experience I have had! Now, did the bracelet get here on the 23rd..... well no, but that was because of the winter storm and the item being stuck in Memphis.[?] [?] Thanks for a great product and taking care of your customers!
