I got both the book and the plush. The book is hilarious! It makes silly rhymes little ones should like. The plush is not large, but a good size to carry around. Its hiccup is silly, but isnt that the point? Im very pleased with both items. Cant wait to give them to my Great Nephew (3 years old) for Christmas.

Bought this for my Hippo-loving son-in-laws bday for him to read with my 2 yo grandson. They are SO hooked on this story and have asked for more like it! The story is Absolutely clever and contagious all at the same time! Quality of both book and animal are excellent! This will be one of those items that makes it into the memorabilia totes and NOT be sold at a garage sale.
