Born on the Navajo reservation, R.C. Gorman was considered by many to be the premiere Indian artist; The New York Times once called him "the Picasso of American art." He was especially revered for his drawings, paintings, and sculptures of colorful, blanketed women, of which Seated Woman is a lyrical example. Available framed in matte black metal under museum-quality acrylic (27¾" x 221/8") or unframed (27½" x 21¼"). Allow 2-3 weeks for framed print. No rush delivery or gift wrap.
