Noble Celts Circular Chess
Noble Celts Circular Chess

Centuries ago, chess was played on a circular board, but this version largely disappeared during the Dark Ages. Newly rediscovered, it's a fascinating twist on a classic game. The richly decorated faux leather board features abstract animal and interlocking knot designs from Northern Britain and Ireland. The cast resin chess pieces are reproduced from a set hand-carved by award-winning game inventor and artist Don Green. Board is 26" x 26"; pieces are 1½" to 2 ¾" high. Play instructions included.
