NOTICE OF RECALL
|
In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, we are voluntarily recalling all London Underground Neon Signs, model number NE 0020 and UPC/SKU# HB 3163, including all provided AC adapters. Consumers should stop using these signs immediately as the AC Adapter may become excessively hot. The London Underground Neon Sign (see photo below) was sold exclusively through our Signals Catalogue and online store (www.signals.com) from 6/27/05 to 2/9/06 for $59.95.
As part of our recall efforts, customers who purchased the sign will receive a prepaid postage box to return the sign to us. Purchasing customers must place the sign and all provided adapters for the sign in this box, seal it securely, and drop it off at your local U.S. Post Office or give to your U.S. Postal Carrier. Should the mailing label be missing, please mail to Signals Catalog, c/o Customer Service HB3163 Product Recall, 5581 Hudson Industrial Parkway, Hudson, Ohio 44236.
Upon receipt of the product, we will issue full reimbursement to our purchasing customers.
